WOWSPORT started with a simple frustration: bike security and workshop gear that costs $80 at a shop, fails in the first winter, and cannot be repaired because the cylinder is riveted shut and the spare parts are proprietary.
We are a small team based in Shenzhen. We design our locks, lights, pumps and kickstands, and we build them on our own line instead of buying whatever a trading company happens to have in stock. That is why we can tell you what is inside a lock body — and why we can keep spare keys, brackets, seals and valve heads available years after a model launches.
What we actually do
- We make our own hardware. Lock bodies, hardened shackles, pump barrels and light housings are ours. When a batch has a problem, we know which batch and which process.
- We sell through Amazon in Australia. Delivery, payment and returns are handled by Amazon.com.au, so your order carries Prime delivery where available and Amazon’s buyer protection. This site exists to explain the products in more detail than a listing allows — sizing, fitment and what to expect after a winter of use.
- We answer fitment questions before you buy. Which lock length reaches around your frame and a post, whether your valve is Presta, Schrader or Dunlop, which kickstand length suits your wheel. Send a photo and we will tell you which model fits. It is cheaper for everyone than a return.
- We keep parts. Keys, mounting brackets, valve heads and seals stay available after launch, so a lock with a bent bracket is not a lock you throw away.

Warranty and support
Every product carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of the guarantees you already have under the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty claims come to us directly at support@gowowsport.com — you do not have to go back through Amazon, and a person reads every message, usually the same day.
