By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable, not to hide anything.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we will contact you before charging and offer a refund or an alternative.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping and any duties are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through PayPal or our card processor.
Shipping and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will deal with the carrier — you do not have to.
Returns and warranty
Governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product use and safety
Our products are intended for their stated cycling use. Installation must follow the included instructions and, where relevant, be carried out by a qualified mechanic. Modifying a product, using it outside its intended purpose, or installing it incorrectly voids the warranty and may be dangerous.
Intellectual property
The WOWSPORT name, logo, product photography and site copy belong to Shenzhen Wangjun Technology Co., Ltd. Third-party brand names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer in your own country.
