Orders are placed, paid for and delivered through Amazon.com.au. This page explains what that means for delivery, tracking and returns — and what we cover ourselves.
Where orders are fulfilled
Clicking Shop on Amazon on any product page opens that product’s listing on Amazon.com.au. The order, the payment, the delivery estimate and the tracking all belong to Amazon. We do not take payment on this site, and we cannot see or change an Amazon order from here.
Delivery times and cost
Amazon shows the delivery options and charges for your postcode before you pay. What you see there is what applies — we do not add handling fees, and we do not collect shipping separately.
- Prime: next-day or two-day delivery in most metro areas, free for members.
- Standard: typically 2–6 business days depending on where you are.
- Regional and remote: longer, and the estimate at checkout reflects it.
Those windows come from Amazon’s own estimates, not from us. If a parcel is late, the fastest route is the order in your Amazon account, because that is where the carrier information lives.
Tracking
Tracking is in your Amazon account under Your Orders, and Amazon emails you when the parcel is dispatched and again when it is delivered. If tracking has not moved for more than ten business days, email us with the order number and we will chase it with Amazon from our side.
Returns
Returns go through Amazon’s returns centre: Amazon.com.au → Your Orders → Return or replace items. Amazon issues the refund to the original payment method once the item is received. In Australia this is usually a drop-off at a post office or collection point, and Amazon tells you which one applies.
Our own 30-day change-of-mind window sits alongside that. If Amazon’s reason list does not cover your situation and the item is unused in its original packaging, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange it directly.
Faulty items and warranty
A faulty item is never limited to 30 days. Every product carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of what any return window says.
Email support@gowowsport.com with your order number and photos of the fault. We usually ship a replacement part rather than asking you to send the whole item back — a bent bracket does not need a new lock.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices on Amazon.com.au are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Where an item is fulfilled from outside Australia, Amazon shows any import charges before you pay; we do not add duties on top, and we cannot reimburse charges that Amazon has already disclosed at checkout.
