Orders are completed on Amazon.com.au. The Shop on Amazon button on each product page opens the listing, where the price, delivery estimate and any Prime options are shown for your postcode. Amazon handles payment, delivery, tracking and refunds; we handle product questions and warranty.

Amazon shows the estimate for your address before you pay, and it varies with whether an item ships from local stock or from overseas. Prime orders in metro areas are typically next day or two days; standard delivery is usually a few business days. We do not set or collect delivery charges.

Start the return in your Amazon account under Your Orders, within Amazon's return window. If you are outside that window but within 30 days and the item is unused in its original packaging, email us and we will arrange it directly. Faulty items are covered regardless of the window.

Two years against manufacturing defects on every product we make, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Claims come to us directly at support@gowowsport.com — you do not have to go back through Amazon, and we usually ship a replacement part rather than asking for the whole item back.

Send a photo of what you are replacing, or your wheel size and valve type, and we will confirm fitment before you order. For locks, tell us what you lock to: a rack, a post or a railing. That is faster for both of us than a return.
