Buying racks & stands from WOWSPORT
We design and build our own hardware, then sell it through Amazon.com.au instead of through a bike shop. That is why a lock costs what it costs at the factory gate rather than at the counter — and why we can still stock the keys and brackets years after you buy.

Racks & Stands — common questions
Sizing, compatibility and maintenance for racks & stands.
How do I know which kickstand length fits?
Read the wheel size off your tyre sidewall — 26x2.10, 27.5x2.25, 700x32 and so on. Our adjustable stand covers 20, 22, 24, 26 and 27.5 inch mountain bike wheels and 451 or 650C road wheels, extending from 33cm to 38cm.
Will a centre-mount kickstand fit my frame?
It needs a flat mounting plate behind the bottom bracket with two bolt holes, which most hybrid, mountain and commuter frames have. Carbon frames and some full-suspension designs do not, and should not be clamped — check before ordering.
Can I fit a kickstand to a carbon frame?
Not with a clamp-on or bolt-on stand unless the frame has a dedicated mounting plate designed for it. Carbon tubes are not built for point loads, and crushing a stay is an expensive mistake. Use a rear-axle or chainstay-mounted stand instead.
Will the stand scratch my frame?
The mounting plate and bolts are the contact points, and the stand ships with a protective pad. Tighten to the torque marked on the bolt rather than as hard as possible — overtightening is what damages paint and threads.
Does a kickstand affect handling?
A centre-mount stand adds around 200 to 300 grams low on the frame, which you will not feel while riding. The spring-loaded leg retracts against the stay, so it does not catch on kerbs or trail obstacles.
